We work with trusted production and fulfilment partners to create and deliver our products on demand. This approach helps reduce unnecessary overproduction while allowing us to create meaningful products with intention rather than excess inventory.
As Spiral Twelve continues to grow, we may work with different production partners and suppliers to ensure we continue providing quality products, reliable service, and responsible production practices.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, production typically begins within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, new product launches, or holiday seasons, production times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are generally:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Products ordered
- Available fulfilment options
- Applicable shipping methods
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Multiple Items
Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
As Spiral Twelve works with production and fulfilment partners that may operate from different locations, products within the same order may occasionally be produced and shipped separately.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Spiral Twelve cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to assist with updating your shipping details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears significantly delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us through our Contact page.
We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the matter wherever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
