Royaltee is a collaborative creator program operated by Spiral Twelve.
Royaltee — A Collaborative Creator Program
The Royaltee Program exists to transform meaningful ideas, concepts, and creative inspiration into thoughtfully developed products.
Through Royaltee, creators have the opportunity to contribute ideas, collaborate on product concepts, and, where selected and commercially released, participate in the success of the products they help inspire.
By submitting an idea, participating in the Royaltee Program, or entering into a collaboration with Spiral Twelve, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Participation Categories
For clarity, Royaltee participants may be recognised through different stages of involvement.
Participant
A person who submits an idea, concept, phrase, creative direction, or other form of inspiration for consideration.
Selected Creator
A participant whose submission has been selected by Spiral Twelve for further consideration and potential development.
Royaltee Collaborator
A Selected Creator who enters into a collaboration process with Spiral Twelve for the development and potential release of a product.
Participation status is determined solely by Spiral Twelve based on the nature, progress, and requirements of each submission.
2. Idea Submissions
Participants may submit original ideas, concepts, phrases, creative directions, or other forms of inspiration for consideration within the Royaltee Program.
Submitting an idea does not guarantee:
- Selection
- Collaboration
- Product development
- Product release
- Compensation
- Creator recognition
- Future participation
All submissions are reviewed at the discretion of Spiral Twelve.
3. Review and Selection Process
Spiral Twelve evaluates submissions based on factors including:
- Alignment with Spiral Twelve values
- Creative potential
- Brand suitability
- Community relevance
- Operational feasibility
- Product development considerations
Spiral Twelve reserves full discretion regarding which ideas are selected, developed, adapted, released, delayed, or declined.
4. Collaboration Process
If a submission is selected, Spiral Twelve may invite the creator to participate in further discussions regarding development.
Collaboration discussions may include:
- Product direction
- Creative involvement
- Creator recognition
- Compensation structure
- Release details
- Promotional opportunities
Specific collaboration arrangements will be confirmed individually for each project.
Participation in Royaltee does not create employment, partnership ownership, agency rights, or any other business relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Creator Compensation and Revenue Sharing
Creators whose ideas are selected and commercially released through Royaltee may receive a percentage of sales associated with the relevant product.
Royaltee is designed to recognise and reward meaningful creative contributions by allowing approved creators to share in the success of products developed through the program.
Compensation structures may vary between projects and will be confirmed individually during the collaboration process.
Revenue-sharing participation applies only while the relevant product remains actively available for sale through Spiral Twelve platforms or approved sales channels.
Spiral Twelve reserves the right to discontinue products, pause releases, modify collections, or remove products from sale at any time.
6. Creative Development and Ownership
Creators remain recognised as the originators of their submitted ideas.
However, products developed through the Royaltee Program may involve additional creative development, design refinement, artwork creation, branding, production processes, marketing materials, and commercial decisions managed by Spiral Twelve.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final commercial assets created through the Royaltee development process remain the property of Spiral Twelve.
This includes:
- Final product designs
- Developed artwork
- Branding assets
- Production materials
- Product presentation
- Marketing materials
- Commercial products released through Spiral Twelve
7. Creative Direction and Brand Decisions
Spiral Twelve retains responsibility for final decisions relating to:
- Creative direction
- Design development
- Branding
- Manufacturing
- Product presentation
- Pricing
- Marketing
- Distribution
- Release timing
- Product continuation
These decisions ensure consistency with the Spiral Twelve brand, customer experience, and long-term creative direction.
8. Creator Recognition
Creators who contribute to released Royaltee products may be acknowledged as part of the collaboration.
Recognition may include:
- Creator credit
- Storytelling features
- Promotional content
- Community recognition
where appropriate.
Credit format, naming, placement, representation, and presentation will consider:
- Creator preference
- Brand consistency
- Release context
- Platform limitations
Final presentation decisions remain with Spiral Twelve.
9. Brand Alignment and Program Standards
Spiral Twelve reserves the right to decline, pause, discontinue, or remove collaborations that do not align with:
- Brand values
- Creative direction
- Ethical standards
- Community expectations
- Operational requirements
The Royaltee Program is designed to support meaningful creativity while maintaining the integrity and standards of Spiral Twelve.
10. Program Evolution
Royaltee may evolve over time as the platform develops.
Spiral Twelve reserves the right to update, modify, refine, or expand these terms where reasonably necessary to support the ongoing operation and growth of the program.
Any significant changes will be communicated through updated program documentation.
