The Crest
Your tee carries the exclusive XII-100 crest on the left sleeve — the receiving side — a visible mark worn only by the hundred. It signals, at a glance, that you stepped into the new phase from day one.
Your personal edition number (XX / 100) is printed onto the inside collar label — a private, intimate detail that makes your piece singular, truly one of only 100.

The Elevated Return & The Covenant
Your stake grants a privileged position:
- Your idea becomes a real, producible tee within the Spiral Twelve™ collection.
- You earn an elevated profit share on every sale of your creation — higher than a standard Royaltee™ collaborator.
- As a First-100 Crest member, your share is 80% of the profit on every sale of your design — calculated after production and selling expenses are covered, and confirmed in writing before production.
- Your tee carries your edition number on the inside tag and the XII-100 crest on the left sleeve.
- Your return grows with your design’s success, on an ongoing basis, per the schedule in your agreement.
The Guarantee. Your design enters the collection for a guaranteed 10-year production period, during which you earn your 80% share of the profit on every sale. After that horizon, the piece is subject to review and may be discontinued at Spiral Twelve™'s discretion as owner.
The Narrow Door. In the rare event that the sanctuary is placed in genuine hardship — including, but not limited to, financial insolvency, force majeure, supply-chain collapse, or material rights conflict — Spiral Twelve™ reserves the right to suspend or discontinue production earlier than the 10-year horizon, but only as a last resort and only to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the sanctuary’s continued operation.
The Good-Faith Promise. Before invoking that provision, Spiral Twelve™ will make good-faith efforts to rectify the underlying matter — including sourcing alternative suppliers, adjusting production logistics, or other reasonable measures — so production may continue wherever genuinely possible. Contributors are notified respectfully and in reasonable time.
Because the deal is the deal, and trust is the product as much as the tee.

Step 2 — Submit Your Concept
Share your idea through the Crest submission form. Every design is considered through the Spiral Twelve™ resonance filter.
Step 3 — Co-Refine
If your concept needs tuning to truly resonate, we collaborate with you on resubmissions until it hits the right frequency.
Step 4 — Approval & Production
You approve the final design and garment before your piece goes to production as a premier Royaltee™ item.
Step 5 — Launch & Earn
Your design enters the collection and sells at our collaborative retail price — with you receiving your 80% share of the profit on every sale.
